rental rules: Rules of Procedure
To facilitate your stay, we put at your disposal our rules of procedure. It allows you to have a reference in case of difficulty during your stay. The signature of the rental contract commits you to the general and particular conditions of rental, and to the internal rules of the cottage equipped with sleeping premises
Article 1 – "Free management"
The free management means that you are autumn in the cottage without any benefits imposed by the owner. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) We put at your disposal a building equipped with rooms with double beds, single, with bathroom and toilet, an equipped kitchen, dishes and common equipment (tables, chairs).
Article 2 – Rental period
The cottage is rented to you for a period defined at the time of booking according to the conditions set out in your rental contract. The signatory called "Tenant" has concluded a contract for a fixed period, he will not under any circumstances be able to claim any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3– Arrival / Departure
The tenant must inform the owner of his arrival and departure time as soon as possible. He must appear on the day specified and at the time mentioned on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner of the cottage. It is requested to respect the departure time provided for in the contract, attention the time spent in storage must be done before the departure time.
Article4-Handing over of keys
The keys of the cottage will be handed over by hand or through a key box whose opening code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
On this occasion, she will learn about the safety rules, the operation of the different devices (vmc, heat pump, oven, etc ...) and we will carry out an inventory of the cottage.
If the arrival is via the key box, a binder gathering the information for the use of the elements of the house will be made available. The inventory will be deemed good unless stopped within 24 hours of your arrival.
The person, in the name of whom the rental contract of the cottage was drawn up, is bound to apply and enforce the regulation below
Article 5– State of play
–Inventory of furniture and equipment

Article 6 - Use of premises

Sheets are provided: On your arrival the beds will have been made.

Article 8 – Material to be provided
The cottage is rented with kitchen equipment, dishes, all in accordance with an inventory made available.
Article 9 - Safety standards
The cottage is equipped with fire detector in the living rooms, sleep and boiler room.
A fire extinguisher is present in the boiler room.
No cooking appliances should be added to the kitchen. No extra heaters should be added to the rooms.
Article 10 – Sleep spaces
No sleeping is allowed outside the rooms dedicated to sleep and the living room on the sofa bed.
If the owner finds during the rental period that the tenant was violating these rules, the owner reserves the right to interrupt the stay of the persons concerned by leaving the premises, without any dedit.
In the event of a disaster, the criminal and civil consequences would be the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Article 11 - Fire safety
The list is equipped with a fire detection system that triggers an alarm in the presence of smoke or abnormally high temperature. Under no circumstances shall this device be taken out of service by any means whatsoever. (18 for firefighters, 15 for Samu, 17 for gendarmes, 112 for emergency services by mobile phone).
Article 12-Cigarette
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottage. Please use the ashtrays provided on the terrace.
Article 13- Animals
Pets are allowed inside the gite within the limit of 2. Pets are not allowed upstairs. During the sleep or absence times of the masters, the animals must be confined to the corridor part bathroom and boiler room, a bed is provided for this attention. You are advised to add a blanket on the mattresses provided.
Any deterioration must be reported and will result in compensation on the deposit.
Article 14–Furniture-
Furniture, tables and chairs located inside the gite must not be taken out outside. Garden furniture is provided for this purpose. Any degraded or dysfunctional equipment must be reported, it will be deducted on the deposit the amount of the new value of the said equipment.
In case of breakage (dishes in particular), the owner will make a deduction from the deposit corresponding to the amount of the new value of said equipment.
Article 15 - Decoration
No fixing in the walls by means of nails, screws, bedbugs is allowed.
Article 16 – Garden furniture
An outdoor table and chairs as well as an umbrella are at your disposal. Take care to keep them clean.
Article 17 - Sanitary
Apart from toilet paper, nothing else should be thrown into the toilet bowl. Wipes of any kind whatsoever, diapers, tampons, periodic towels, wadding sticks, must be deposited in the bins provided in advance with garbage bags and in no case in the toilet bowl. (Be sure to empty the garbage before you leave)
Article 18- Heating / Electricity
Charges are included in the rental price in spring and summer
To limit consumption: some simple rules: the heating must not be set above 19 ° (any overrun will result in a financial contribution).
The supply of water is included in the rental price. To keep it that way, be careful not to let the water run unnecessarily. To save heating, do not leave the doors and windows in the room open for too long. Remember to turn off or lower the heating in case of absence.
Article 19 – Telephone
A telephone for emergencies is at your disposal in the living room. The emergency numbers are: 18 (firefighters), 15 (Samu), 17 (gendarmerie).
Article 20– Breakdown or malfunction:
In case of breakdown or malfunction, please contact the number of the owner or his collaborator, we will intervene as soon as possible.
Article 21– Household
The cleaning is provided by the owner, but you must take certain steps before your departure:
- empty the garbage cans and deposit them in the containers near the Church
- undo the sheets of the beds and group them at the end of the bed or in the laundry basket.
-In the kitchen: -Do the dishes and store it,Empty the fridges, wash the inner and outer walls, Clean the cooking appliances, top stove, indoor oven and microwave.
-Clean the worktop, Store the material in the kitchen
-Pass the broom on the floor.
-Clean the stubborn traces on the ground (wines, food)
Outside:
-Emptying ashtrays
-Empty the barbecue
Article 22–Parking
Cars will be able to park in front of the house leaving the passage in the dead end.
Article 23 – Household waste
Containers are on the church square to deposit the yellow bag of selective sorting, garbage bags and glasses.
Article 24- Internet connection
Connection codes are written in the home workbook. A code corresponds to the living room part, mezzanine bedroom and double bed bedroom. The other code is intended for the boiler room area and part of the garden.
In case of use of the internet connection of the cottage, the tenant undertakes to comply with the laws regarding downloads and visits to sites. In case of request from the competent authorities, the owner of the cottage will transmit the contact details of the tenant who has benefited from the said connection.
Article 25 - Insurance
The cottage is insured by its owner under civil liability and fire. The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft and / or deterioration of the property of the tenant and his guests including vehicles parked in the parking lot. The tenant is under an obligation to control
