rental rules: To make your stay easier, we make our internal rules available to you. It allows you to have a marker in case of difficulty during your stay. The signing of the rental agreement commits you to the general and special conditions of rental, and on the internal regulations of the cottage equipped with sleeping rooms.
Article1 - "Free Management"
Free management means that you are autumns in the cottage without any benefit imposed by the owner. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) We have a building with bedrooms with double beds, single, with bathroom and toilet, a kitchen equipped, dishes and common equipment (tables, chairs).
Article 2- Rental duration
The cottage is rented to you for a defined period of time when booking according to the conditions set out in your rental agreement. The signatory known as the "Renter" has entered into a fixed-term contract, nor will he be entitled under any circumstances to any right to remain in the premises.
Article 3-Arrival / Departure
The tenant must inform the landlord of his arrival and departure time as soon as possible. He will have to appear on the specified day and at the time mentioned on this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner of the cottage. It is requested to respect the departure time stipulated in the contract, attention the time spent in storage must be done before the departure time.
Article4-Handing over keys
The keys to the cottage will be handed over by hand or through a Key box whose opening code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
On this occasion, she will learn about the safety rules, the operation of the various appliances (vmc, heat pump, oven, etc.) and we will carry out an update of the lodging.
If the arrival is via the Key box, a binder containing information for the use of the elements of the house will be made available. The state of the premises will be deemed good except interpelation within 24 hours of your arrival.
The person, in whose name the tenancy agreement was established, is required to apply and enforce the regulations below
Article 5-State of the Place
Inventory of furniture and equipment
The condition of the premises and the inventory of the furniture and various equipment will be made contradictoryly at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner and the tenant.
Article 6-Use of Places
The Tenant must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. The volume of sound inside the building and outside the building must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood. The tenant himself will take control of the impacts arising from the event or his rental in the vicinity of the cottage. In the event of a conflict and complaint, the owner reserves the right to exclude disruptive elements from the cottage.
Article 7-Literie
The cottage is rented with bedding (sleepers and mattresses), duvets, pillows, all in accordance with the inventory made available.
Each mattress is equipped with a bore that must in any case be kept in place when you leave. (Except in the event of an accident or it will need to be washed). Before your departure the bed adornments will be folded and placed at the foot of the beds. If it is found that the duvet serves as a diaper without its cover made available, you will be charged an additional 20 euros to clean each duvet.
Article 8-Material to be expected
The cottage is rented with kitchen equipment, crockery, all in accordance with an inventory made available.
Article 9-Safety Standards
The cottage is equipped with fire detectors in living rooms, sleep and boiler room.
A fire extinguisher is present in the boiler room.
No cooking appliances should be added to the kitchen. No extra heating devices should be added to the rooms.
Article 10-Sleep Spaces
No sleeping is allowed outside the sleeping rooms and the living room on the convertible sofa.
If the landlord finds during the rental period that the tenant was in violation of these rules, the landlord reserves the right to interrupt the stay of the persons concerned by leaving the premises, without any decree.
In the event of a disaster, the criminal and civil consequences would be the tenant's sole responsibility.
